Executive Functioning Coaching for Real Life.
“ I am Smart, Creative, Capable, aaand…Overwhelmed.”
If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
NeuroKind offers non-clinical executive functioning coaching to help you strengthen organization, planning, time management, and follow-through with practical strategies designed for the way your brain works.
So, wait…what are executive functioning skills again?
Executive functioning is the set of skills that helps us navigate everyday life. It allows us to plan ahead, stay organized, manage our time, start tasks, stay focused, regulate emotions, and follow through on our goals.
When you’re living with ADHD or ADD, even simple tasks can feel overwhelming—not because someone isn't trying hard enough, but because their brain processes and manages information differently.
I help people develop practical strategies and systems that work with their brain, building confidence, independence, and lasting habits.
How EF Coaching Can Help People with ADHD/ADD Thrive.
-
Attention is one of the building blocks of executive functioning. It helps us direct our focus, stay with tasks, shift when needed, and filter distractions.
Many people with ADHD don’t struggle with having attention — they struggle with regulating where, when, and how their attention is used. Learning strategies to support attention can make everyday tasks feel more manageable.

Meet Jen
Hi! I'm Jen.
I'm a military veteran, social worker (MSW), neuropsychological testing professional, parent, and fellow neurospicy human.
After being diagnosed with ADHD later in life (like wayyy later— according to my kids, I am an UNC), I finally understood why school, organization, projects, focus and follow-through had always felt harder than they seemed for everyone else.
Today I help others build confidence by creating systems that work with their brains—not against them.
